When we will refund you

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If any of the following apply, email hello@eliasstone.com and we'll make it right, including a full refund where appropriate:

The product is faulty, broken, or not as described.
You were charged in error, or charged twice.
You genuinely cannot download or access what you paid for and we can't resolve it.
